This web seminar will highlight case studies from best-in-class Employee Resource Groups that have used their social capital to drive change at their organizations and in their communities.
- one employee resource group hosted hackathons to problem solve and innovate by leveraging not only their internal expertise but by engaging the wider community in the process.
- an organization created an “incubator” to tap the collective expertise of members from all of their eight employee resource groups
- employees at an organization that was in the process of revamping their employee resource group structure were empowered to create an ERG to enhance the talent acquisition strategy for the company while the formal structure was being developed; and
- the employee resource groups at one company are leveraged to make an impact on the community by joining together with ERGs from other companies in the area to attract diverse talent to the region
Participants will hear directly from ERG leaders and program managers who were directly involved in these efforts and have a chance to ask questions to the presenters.
