As the new President of Diversity Best Practices, Andrés Tapia is bringing his forward thinking and deep knowledge of diversity and inclusion to Diversity Best Practices members who are eager to gather practical information that could help their companies move to the next level of D&I. As never-before-seen problems arise due to the economy or ineffective business practices, leaders are looking for new and valuable solutions to implement.
