Web Seminar

In the past two decades, we have seen groundbreaking work in the sphere of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond. In most public and private institutions, the role of Chief Diversity Officer has grown dramatically, both in visibility as well as in latitude. This growth has increased the ability of these practitioners to positively affect the strategic vision of their organizations. But diversity and inclusion structures are as varied as the myriad corporations and institutions they are meant to support. Therefore many organizations will do well to reassess their own configuration periodically by examining the pros and cons of each basic model,  the reporting structure, and the scope of influence of the CDO and the diversity office.

As many diversity pioneers reach retirement age and the next generation of pratiioners take the reins, practitioners will need to manage cost pressures and evolving budgets and maintain and train qualified personnel skilled in the core diversity competencies. Join us on Oct. 2 for a web seminar in which you will learn about the different diversity and inclusion structures and the roles, skills, and reporting framework for the diversity office and Chief Diversity Officer across a variety of organizational examples. In addtion, you'll be able to study a cross-section of diversity office budgeting practices and see why certain diversity budgets are increasing, decreasing, or remaining static.  By attending, you and your team will have access to the latest approaches to diversity and inclusion structure that can be used to affect critical change within your organization.
