This CEO Roundtable is part of Diversity Best Practice’s prestigious CEO Diversity Leadership Initiative, now in its ninth year. Participants will discuss the key aspects of CEO diversity and inclusion commitment, including Redefining the Workplace and the Marketplace: D&I powered by Technology, D&I Strategies for Sustaining High Performing Talent, the relationship between CEOs and their diversity teams, and the CEOs' responsibility to lead culture shift. The discussion will be framed around business relevant initiatives, and how to continue to position diversity and inclusion as a business imperative in the marketplace. A CEO report from the proceedings will be issued to all DBP members.
