10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.       ThinkTank Sessions: Applying Systemic Thinking to Achieve Diversity & Business Goals
Breakout sessions focus on top-of-mind diversity and business goals and identify strategies to address these systemically throughout organizations. Facilitated discussions help to source trouble spots and challenges in existing initiatives, and focus on opportunity, potential solutions and recommended action steps.

Talent Management: Hiring, Retention and Engagement: Hiring can be done through quality programs and initiatives, but to ensure sustainability, pipelines must be connected to talent pools that reflect current and future trends and demographics.  And in order to retain and really engage diverse talent, systemic inclusion practices are needed.   Join diversity colleagues to review and rethink systemic opportunities in Talent Management.

Facilitator:
Chip Saltsman / Vice President, Accelerated Solutions Environment / Capgemini

Accountability and Incentives: Linking Diversity to Compensation, Performance and Career Advancement:  It isn’t just adding “systemic” to performance evaluations, but making inclusion more endemic throughout an organization, and ensuring that it plays a visible role in compensation and career advancement.  Identify strategies and areas of opportunity to increase diversity buy-in and accountability within your organization.

Facilitator:
Christie Hewlett / ASE West Center Manager / Capgemini

Marketing Integration and Multicultural Messaging:  Maximize Consumer Impact: To truly sell products and/or services to a diverse audience, it isn’t enough to have a diverse workforce. Instead, leadership needs to systemically engage that diverse talent in developing and marketing the offerings.   How can diversity leaders facilitate the necessary integration and optimize opportunities to leverage diverse perspectives and contributions for success in the marketplace?

Facilitator:
Andy Heppelle / Canada ASE Practice Leader / Capgemini

Effective Communications: Tools to Raise Diversity Awareness and Buy-in:  Effective communications in Diversity & Inclusion does not mean periodically paying lip service to diversity, but rather building an integrated communications approach that reflects an organization that has already embraced inclusion practices throughout. Identify challenges, best practices and solutions to help maximize and leverage diversity communications to meet business goals.

Facilitator:
Meridith Aiello / Senior Manager / Capgemini

12:00 - 1:00                        Networking Luncheon

1:00 - 2:00                         ThinkTank Report Back/Action Plans

Andrés Tapia / President / Diversity Best Practices
