Each day, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) becomes a bigger part of the business strategy of top companies. Understanding the complex composition of diverse segments of the workforce, marketplace and community is increasingly becoming a key challenge. In today's business environment, digital outlets have grown in importance and allow connecting with your customer needs more than ever. At this Best Practice Session, diversity practitioners will share successful strategies for:
- sustaining D&I initiatives through incorporating these throughout business units
- srowing your talent and market share through digital outlets and
- building key alliances between the CDO and CEO.
Following the Best Practices Session, participants will join an exclusive group of CEOs for our third CEO Roundtable. Both groups will report out findings from their various perspectives. The CEO Roundtable is part of DBP's prestigious CEO Diversity Leadership Initiative. A CEO Report will be issued from the proceedings to all DBP members.
