Each Best Practice Session is a members-only opportunity to join with diversity colleagues for a day of strategic thinking, shared insights, deep conversations about workplace diversity and inclusion as a competitive business tool, and best practice sharing. Topics are based on extensive research with members and subject matter experts. Each session consists of a keynote address and conversation, best practices panel discussion, hot topic, and think tank session. Every year, Diversity Best Practices offers two global Best Practice Sessions for global members—one held outside the United States. Recent locations have included China, India, South Africa and Brazil.
