Q. What is Diversity Best Practices?

A. Diversity Best Practices (DBP) is the preeminent organization for diversity thought leaders to share best practices and develop innovative solutions for culture change. Through research, benchmarking, publications and events, DBP offers members information and strategies on how to implement, grow, measure and create “first in class” diversity programs. DBP members have access to quarterly member best practice sessions, issue-focused conference calls, Web seminars, research, publications as well as major networking and educational events.


Q. Who are Diversity Best Practices’ members?

A. Founded by practitioners for practitioners, Diversity Best Practices is a membership-based service pioneering new ways to achieve business results through diversity. Since its inception, over two hundred Fortune 1000 companies, federal government agencies and non-profit entities have participated in DBP’s information, networking and benchmarking services. Q. How do I become a member?

A. As a DBP member, organizations are entitled to resources and services that will enable companies to broaden, reinforce, strengthen and advance in the area of diversity and inclusion. Q. How much does it cost to become a member?

A. Basic membership is $15,000 per year, and global membership is $25,000 per year. Multiyear memberships are available at a discounted rate.
