Member Polls

DBP members interested in conducting their own DBP member polls should contact their account manager or Cynthia Marbley, director of research and analysis, at marbley@diversitybestpractices.com or 202-463-3775.

DBP member polls are an opportunity for members to tap our community of experienced practitioners for insights on how companies are addressing of host of diversity management issues, such as recruitment and retention, employee resource groups and succession planning.

Through this free service, members work with the DBP research staff to develop questions for the poll, which is then distributed to fellow DBP members. At the conclusion of the poll period, the requesting member receives a summary of responses, complete with illustrative charts and graphs, at no charge.

Survey respondents also benefit from DBP polls by contributing to a growing body of knowledge around current trends within the field of diversity. Companies are encouraged to being sharing their thoughts by completing the brief polls below.
