The Diversity Best Practices CEO Initiative has supported and maintained executive level endorsements for workplace diversity and inclusion for the past 10 years. The CEO Initiative:
- Provides a CEO peer-to-peer venue for discussion of critical diversity and inclusion issues
- Develops research and tools to help CEOs evaluate and measure progress toward creating a culture of inclusion within their companies
- Honors and recognizes CEOs who have demonstrated exemplary leadership in workplace diversity and inclusion with the CEO Diversity Leadership Awards
- Engages CEOs to serve as role models, share best practices and help advance the field
