Increased diversity has presented a unique set of challenges for leaders in companies charged with creating a productive work environment for its junior members, according to Diversity Executive. People born in the 1980s and 1990s are entering the workforce and demanding integrity, partnership and recognition from their employers at levels that have not been seen before in the workplace. To avoid disorganization and misalignment, managers must increase the quality and quantity of their communication with employees to ensure that all parties’ concerns are heard and addressed.
