2010 NALC Above & Beyond Award Winners

by: Staff, Team Member, Diversity Best Practices

The 2010 winners of the Above and Beyond Awards (AABA) were honored at an award ceremony on May 11, as part of the Network & Affinity Leadership Congress in New York City. AABA recipients in each category are individuals or groups that, in addition to their "day jobs," work tirelessly to increase employee participation, nurture future leaders and advocate on behalf of the diversity represented by their members. These champions ultimately work together across corporate and community borders for their affinity groups and their organization's business success.

This year's winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of the following members: Ignace Conic, Prudential; Chris Crespo, Ernst & Young LLP; Arisa Cunningham, Johnson & Johnson; Damian Gelband, US Navy; Kristen Johnson, KPMG; Paula Jones, Genentech; Neddy Perez, National Grid; Karol Rose, FlexPaths LLC; Aida Sabo, Cardinal Health; Patrick Vitale, AAA; Mark Welch, Northern Trust; and Isais Zamarripa, Three Degrees from Isais.
