Allan Cave is a Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. He is an Assistant General Counsel, (Human Resources) and Employee Relations Manager. Allan joined Northern Trust in July of 2005, as a Senior Attorney in the Corporate Legal department. In July of 2006, he was promoted to his current role.
Prior to joining Northern Trust he was an attorney at Connelly Sheehan Harris; from 1998 to 2004 he held a number of positions with The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, including Vice President of Employment and Regulatory Law and Vice President, Associate Relations; and from 1993 to 1998 he was an Associate at Day, Berry & Howard.
He received his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
