Antonio M. Perez joined Kodak as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2003. In 2005, he was elected Chief Executive Officer and on January 1, 2006, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Perez has extensive expertise in digital imaging technologies from his 25-year career at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he was a corporate vice president.
Mr. Perez leads Kodak’s Senior Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council, which sets Kodak’s global policies for a Winning and Inclusive Culture. Kodak’s Diversity & Inclusion Champions were appointed by Mr. Perez to support multicultural constituencies across the company.
Kodak’s recognitions include Black Enterprise’ Top 30 Companies for Diversity; No. 1 on DiversityInc.’s list of Best Companies for GLBT Employees, and its Top 50 Companies list for all five years; and Hispanic Engineer & IT’s 50 Most Important Hispanics list. Kodak also appeared on Hispanic Magazine’s Corporate 100 list (2002-04) and Fortune magazine’s “Top 50 Companies for Minorities,” (2001-05).
