Biff Bowman is currently Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources for The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. He is a member of Northern Trust’s Management Committee. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Bowman was the Executive Vice President, Head of Americas Region, Corporate & Institutional Services, with responsibility for all Northern Trust’s institutional businesses in North & South America. Before this, Mr. Bowman was Chief Executive Officer of EMEA, responsible for all of Northern Trust’s businesses in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Biff joined Northern Trust in 1985 and has been an Executive Vice President since 2007. Biff received a B.S. degree from Miami University and an M.B.A. degree from De Paul University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Lincoln Park Zoo, Trustee for Glenwood School for Boys and Girls, and the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
