Brian Sorge brings over 20 years of corporate, non-profit, and academic experience to his role as Managing Director for JBC. In the role, Brian is able to drive business development opportunities, as well as the design and implementation of leadership development strategies and training, executive coaching, educational program design, HR strategy and cultural transformation. His work in diversity and inclusion often involves diversity council and ERG strategy development and alignment with business objectives.
His professional experiences include serving as a Senior Managing Consultant and Practice Lead for Capital H Group, Vice President of Client Solutions at Lambert & Associates, Director of Recruiting and Human Resources for Marakon Consulting, Managing Consultant at the Kaleidoscope Group, Interim Director of Admissions and Director of Multicultural Recruiting for the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and Director of Recruiting and Educational Programs for the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
