Catherine DeConinck of the Eastman Kodak Company, has been an active member of several of the employee networks at Kodak for 9 years. She started as a member of our Women’s Forum of Kodak Employees and then became involved in the Native American Council at Kodak, before joining the Empower Network at Kodak.
The Empower Network is committed to all employees dealing with disabilities and associated work/life issues, whether of their own, their family or co-workers. This network is unique in that is crosses gender and ethnicity, and can include anyone at anytime. Cathy started as a member of the communications team, but was soon involved in planning events and working with others to facilitate Lunch & Learns, our primary education tool. She currently serves as co-president. Cathy works as an Information Systems Provisioning Technician at Kodak and has been with the company for 32 years.
