Based in Atlanta, Chuck Stephens is a Senior Associate on Booz Allen Hamilton’s Diversity and Inclusion Team. In this role, he leads the firm’s Multicultural/Multigenerational Agenda and has oversight of for the network of employee forums and Workforce Leadership Councils across the firm. He has extensive experience managing diversity programs and affinity groups, and has developed e-learning programs designed to promote an inclusive environment.
Before joining Booz Allen, Mr. Stephens was the national manager of Talent Innovation, All Things Inclusive at Deloitte LLP where he developed and managed corporate affinity groups, defined targets and metrics to measure success, and created strategies to promote retention and development of employees. Previously, he worked with Deloitte’s multinational clients in supply chain and manufacturing.
Mr. Stephens holds a Bachelor of Science from The Florida State University in Labor Economics with a minor in International Affairs. He is an active volunteer with The Human Rights Campaign, holding national and regional roles, and is a frequent advisor for Diversity Best Practices, Working Mother, Out & Equal, and Reaching Out MBA.
