Dana Foote
Dana Foote is an audit partner in KPMG’s Omaha office. She has more than 13 years of experience providing financial statement audit and internal control audit services to clients in high technology, informational and communication industries as well as the consumer and industrial market segments. Ms. Foote has provided professional audit services to publicly-held and multi-national SEC registrants in accordance with PCAOB requirements and U.S. GAAP. She has also provided professional audit services to private companies in accordance with AICPA requirements. Her audit experience includes complex accounting and auditing issues such as revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, business combinations, carve-out audits, and has been involved in IPOs and other SEC transactions. Ms. Foote serves as co-chair for KPMG’s Disabilities Network, has been recognized externally by the Wall Street Journal, and has spoken nationally at disability events such as the U.S. Business Leadership Network Annual Conference. She also serves as representative on KPMG’s Diversity Advisory Board and as a KPMG National Instructor. Ms. Foote holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hastings College.
