Dr. David Pollack is Senior Director for Talent Development at Sodexo, the leading provider of food and facilities management in the United States. Dr. Pollack is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing selection, performance management, and succession planning systems that are used throughout the organization and for the company’s employee engagement survey and exit interview process. Before working at Sodexo, Dr. Pollack was the Director of Research and Development in the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. He also worked for a consulting firm where he assisted Federal Government agencies and private sector organizations with all aspects of human resources. Dr. Pollack has published many articles and technical papers, and he has presented his research at professional meetings and conferences. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his Masters degree and Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University.
