Dell Hendon, Director, Talent Acquisition and Diversity for MillerCoors and a leader in the Human Resources team since May 2005. Dell is a seasoned professional and team player with strengths and expertise in a number of HR focus areas including: HR team development; organizational development; new college graduate talent acquisition and development; plant and business unit and rightsizings; employee relations; union contract negotiations; strategic change management, diversity and inclusion.
In his experience with General Motors, Dell organized and led the GM Black Collegian Conference, a nationally renowned inclusion and retention conference. Dell is also well experienced in the administration of local and federal laws and corporate policy regarding equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. Dell was formerly a member of the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) in Chicago, Illinois and is currently a member of the Jefferson County, CO Workforce Executive Board and the Conference Board, Diversity Executive Board.
Dell is an alumnus of Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree and the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor where he obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is married, has two sons and is an avid jazz enthusiast and dog lover.
