Nandani Lynton is Professor at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. She previously founded and ran an organizational consulting firm in China and was Vice President Asia of Thunderbird School of Global Management. Based in China since 1993, Nandani Lynton has worked in India, the US, Honduras, Germany, South Africa and 24 other countries.
With over two decades of international experience in the private and public sectors, at CEIBS and with clients she focuses on developing effective global leadership in business and governmental organizations. This includes working with top management teams on counter-intuitive approaches to new markets, understanding the next leadership generation, and developing collaborative processes to raise performance.
Nandani Lynton is a frequent public speaker and writer, with a column on developments in Asia for Businessweek, popular publications in the Harvard Business Review, on Critical Eye and in Asia Weekly in addition to a range of more academic journals and books.
