Gloria McDonald is a Director with the Equal Opportunity/Diversity Organization of Corporate Human Resources of Prudential. She consults to business units, corporate centers and individuals concerning development and implementation of world-class approaches to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces.
Gloria joined Prudential in 2000 and is currently the company’s Liaison to Business Resource Groups (internal employee groups). She provides guidance and oversight and identifies internal and external resources that support BRG organizational and individual objectives.
Gloria has earned a Masters degree in Organization Development from American University, a Masters degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University, and an AB degree from Brown University.
She has facilitated workshops including “Improving Effectiveness of Affinity/Employee Network Groups” in conjunction with Hubbard Diversity Measurement and Productivity Institute, and “Affinity Groups and Employee Networking Groups” with the Conference Board Annual Diversity Conference in New York and Chicago.
