Greg Morley is the Vice President, Human Resources for the Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) joining the project in May 2011. He oversees all HR functions for SHDR and works with key partners to develop HR strategies aligned with business and employee priorities.
Greg is a member of the executive leadership of the SHDR Management Company. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the SHDR Management Company and as a member of the SHDR Steering Committee.
Greg has been with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for 15 years in multiple leadership roles within Recruitment, Diversity, HR Services, Compensation, Benefits, Organization Development, and Learning and Development. Each of these roles has provided him with the opportunity to lead work in California, Florida, Paris, Hong Kong and now in Shanghai. Greg holds an undergraduate degree in economics and English Literature from the University of Richmond as well as an M.B.A. in international Business and a Master of Human Resources from Rollins College in Florida.
Prior to joining Disney, Greg spent 8 years with GE in sales, marketing and distribution roles.
Greg currently serves as the Chairman of Worldwide ERC’s Asia Pacific leadership team is a certified executive coach and is an avid athlete and traveler.
