Ignace L. Conic is Vice President, Diversity, managing the integration of diversity into business and human resource processes. She develops strategies, tools, and interventions to leverage diversity and inclusion, ensuring this work is an integral part of business planning and implementation globally.
She has been with Prudential for twenty-one years and has held a variety of positions including recruiting and human resource consulting. From 1995 to 1997, she was the HR Director for the Retirement Services Business and had responsibility for HR functions in three locations.
Conic has earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also certified in Life Skills Education through Columbia University.
Conic earned a BA, Psychology, Douglass College, Rutgers University, and an MS, Human Resource Management, Upsala College.
