Jeff Tritt began his career at Leo Burnett in 1988 as an account executive, working on such accounts as Heinz Pet Products, McDonald’s and Miller Brewing Company. In 1994 he joined Bates, where he served as national account supervisor on Wendy’s International. Jeff became director of paint marketing at Sherwin-Williams in 1996 where he also managed consumer research and led successful product introduction and acquisition integration efforts.
From 2000 to 2005, he consulted with clients leveraging his client-side, agency and organizational development background to assist companies in improving performance across a broad range of industries. His clients included Donato’s Pizzeria, Sprint, Fazoli’s Italian Restaurants, United Parcel Service and General Electric Lighting.
Jeff returned to Burnett in 2005 and currently heads up People & Culture for Leo Burnett & Arc North America.
Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Denison University, and attended the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Executive Development. He also is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Analysis.
