Jennifer Brown is the Founder of Jennifer Brown Consulting, a leadership, communications and diversity-consulting firm based in New York City. Her expertise currently resides in the leadership, diversity/inclusion, and communications arena for major corporations and non-profits. Jennifer regularly facilitates roundtable-learning events for senior leaders on the topic of building equality in the workplace, with a specific focus on sexual orientation and gender identity/expression. She assists company leadership and HR and Diversity professionals in understanding the business case for incorporating best diversity practices, and helps them build a plan to get there. Jennifer also enjoys her one-on-one media training and coaching of executives and other public speakers in the preparation and delivery of speeches, so that they inspire their internal and external stakeholders with a powerful, personal vision for themselves and their companies.
