Jennifer Millier is the Vice President of the Management and Solutions Development Unit (MSDU) R&D HP Storage within the Enterprise Storage, Server, Networking and TS Business Unit. Jennifer’s lab is responsible for the development of converged management, support automation software development and solutions management for all of HP Storage Arrays including internal and external partnerships.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer was the Vice President of the Mission Critical Business Solutions Group within the Business Critical Systems (BCS) business unit. Jennifer ran the largest R&D organization within HP, spread across California, Colorado, New Hampshire, China, India and Brazil. Jennifer coauthored an article on coaching and mentoring, called “The Alchemy of Coaching,” published in The Wisdom of Coaching: Essential Papers in Consulting Psychology for a World of Change. In April 2010 Jennifer was selected as one of the Top 20 Women of Excellence in Hispanic Business Magazine.
