Jodi Davidson, Director of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, leads Sodexo's vast portfolio of diversity programs, to include mentoring, work/life - flexibility initiative, and diversity related recognition. Jodi currently serves as Chair for two cross-divisional / cross-functional task forces including Sodexo’s “Spirit of Mentoring” Implementation Team and Work/Life – Flexibility Implementation Team. Jodi joined the organization in 1995 specializing in the areas of employee relations, and training and development. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Diversity for Sodexo’s Education Market. Jodi is recognized as a skillful facilitator / presenter, both for internal and external audiences. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development, is married and the proud mother of three children.
