Laura Brock is currently a Principal Inclusion Consultant for Medtronic’s Office of Workplace Inclusion and Supplier Diversity; her office is located in Minneapolis, MN at World Headquarters. Laura is responsible for managing Medtronic’s Employee Resource Groups, executing and managing diversity/inclusion initiatives; and provides consulting for internal clients. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of global diversity and inclusion training.
Laura joined Medtronic in 1992. Prior to joining the Office of Inclusion and Supplier Diversity, Laura worked in Medtronic’s legal department in a variety of legal and supervisory roles. As a volunteer, she has also facilitated diversity awareness training for local high school students and has done coaching and mentoring.
Laura holds a Diversity Management – Advanced Practitioner Certification from Cornell University; and received her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
