Meridith Aiello is a Senior Manager at Capgemini. Meridith has been with the company for approximately 20 years (starting when it was Ernst & Young), and she has held many different positions across various departments including audit, consulting, learning, delivery management and most recently a facilitator within the Accelerated Solutions Environment (which is her current role). This role entails planning and facilitating intense multi-day visioning and planning sessions for large groups of client executives. Meridith’s previous role was leading the rollout and implementation of Capgemini’s Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software tool across North America. Past clients have included Audi of America, Target, American Greetings, BNSF Railway, Cox Communications, Becton Dickinson, Lowe’s, Citrix, Devon Energy, NYPD, the State of Nevada, major health care systems across Florida and Illinois and many other organizations. Meridith holds a Master’s Degree from Florida State University (specializing in business and accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant (although not currently practicing).
