Michele Suprunowicz began her career with Saga Food Services in November, 1975 as a college student and was soon working as a student manager. This began a 35 year career with roles in both operations and Human Resources. She was quickly promoted through various in-unit positions including general manager at accounts in the Northeast.
In 1987, Michele was promoted to senior manager, Human Resources where she supported the Northeast region. While working in HR, she completed her MBA. Her next career move was to a district manager role. After 10 years as a DM, she returned to HR in a flexible capacity to balance her growing family needs. The position offered an opportunity to focus on performance management & succession technology. Now, with her children both in college, Michele has returned full-time as the senior director of HR, focusing on management development and training.
