Neil Tallantire is currently the SVP, Innovation for Diageo, formerly the SVP of Marketing for the Diageo Chateau and Estates wine division. He has been the Chair of the Rainbow Network for almost 3 years. His accomplishments in this role are many, and include the following:

  • Establishing a clear framework, priorities and link to the business
  • Creating a standard objective that all members
  • Developing a standard practice for working with field sales on the Market Blitz
  • Leading the charge to tap into the GLBT market with ads and financial support in local markets for direct marketing to this consumer base
  • Enabling Diageo to be listed on the HRC ranking two years in a row at 100%
  • Partnering on development of Transgender Guidelines.
  • Ensuring that new employees are able to self identify on new hire paperwork
  • Created the first Rainbow Network 3 day summit in NY in 2009. Our next one is scheduled for March 12th – 15th.
  • Partnering with HR on the diversity recruitment fairs until they added two more conferences – Reaching Out and Out and Equal.
