Patricia Crawford is Senior Vice President and head of Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion for Wells Fargo, a position she has held since December 2007. In this role, she leads the company’s diversity, affirmative action, and equal employment opportunity initiatives and is responsible for providing leadership and strategy to help the company develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive culture.
Her work is focused on:
- Developing enterprise diversity, engagement strategies and principles.
- Providing diversity measurement and diagnostic tools and resources.
- Advising senior management on policies and practices to enhance engagement and accountability.
- Continuing to build external relationships that align with the enterprise diversity mission and values.
Pat began her career with the National Capital Planning Commission in 1973, and eventually became the Director of the Environment/Energy Department. In 1983 she joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Services where she held various roles until 1993.
Pat joined Wells Fargo in 1994 and has held various leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Marketing, Diverse Growth Segments, where she helped develop marketing and business programs for the African American markets.
Pat has served and continues to serve on various professional and community boards, panels and committees and is a member of numerous national and community organizations, including the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and The Links, Incorporated.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Los Angeles and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Southern California.
