Peter Lamberta, manager, Global Diversity & Inclusion, his career with Whirlpool Corporation in 2002. In 2005, Mr. Lamberta founded the Whirlpool Corporation Young Professionals Network. He served in various technology roles prior to joining the Office of Diversity in 2007. As the Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion, Lamberta has responsibility of Whirlpool Diversity Networks and all internal and external diversity programming. His strong commitment to diversity and inclusion stems from his personal history of volunteering and life-long passion for community involvement. Mr. Lamberta received a Bachelor of Science degree in Networking and Telecommunications from Purdue University and a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
