Rachel Grace, PHR is an Assistant Vice President at Chubb & Son. She works in the Talent Strategies Group as an Organizational Performance Manager. Rachel is responsible for developing and managing leadership programs and provides consultative performance solutions to address the evolving needs of Chubb’s businesses. Prior to joining Chubb, Rachel was a Director, Human Resources at Prudential Financial working in the Corporate Learning Organization. In this position she managed Prudential’s Domestic and International Leadership Development Programs in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership.
Rachel currently serves as Secretary of the Minority Development Council at Chubb & Son. In addition, she was an active member of Prudential’s Black Leadership Forum (BLF) and chaired the BLF Leadership Symposium.
Rachel has a BA, University of Pennsylvania, a Masters HR Management, Rutgers University, a Masters Labor and Employee Relations, Rutgers University and an Organizational Development certificate, National Training Laboratory.
