Richard Johnson possesses 20 years of experience in the areas of training, project management, employee communications, creative services and business analysis.
Richard is the Co-Chair and a founding member of UBS Pride Americas, one of the firm’s LGBT ERG's. Currently Program and Platform Manager for UBS Financial Services, his duties include governance over the corporate intranet, communication planning and special projects relating to design and branding. Prior to that, Richard worked in the Investment Banking Department of UBS working as Training and Communications Manager. Responsibilities included training development/delivery, employee communications and graphic design consultations.
Prior to UBS, Richard managed training at a consulting firm; spent several years working for AT&T in one of their marketing organizations and began his career as an Associate Editor at a regional magazine.
He possesses a B.A. in English and Communication from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing his M.S. in HR Education/Organizational Development from Fordham University.
