Shaunice Hawkins is CEO of Evolutions Consulting, LLC, a business consulting boutique specializing in improving efficiencies, maximizing effectiveness, aligning strategies, promoting brand visibility, and strengthening consumer engagement.
As an adjunct professor and guest lecturer, Hawkins teaches around the country on employee and labor relations, diversity, organizational behavior, workplace culture and race relations. As a motivational/inspirational speaker, she leads keynotes, moderates and participates in panels at conferences, seminars, corporations, colleges and universities, schools, churches, associations and foundations.
Described by her peers as the “Ambassador for Diversity”, Hawkins is best known for building strategic partnerships and alliances with key leaders, influencers and stakeholders.
