Stephan Klaschka is a Director of an international support department at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Stephan initiated and chairs the company’s NxGen Employee Resource Group (Next Generation at the Workplace) that is dedicated to effectively leveraging similarities and differences between and across the multiple generations currently participating in the work force. Stephan holds Masters Degrees in Computer Science, Management and Business Administration from Universities in Germany and the United States, and is a certified Project Management Professinal (PMP). Throughout his career Stephan was self-employement and worked as a consultant, in academia and in international pharmaceutical corporations.
