Suzanne Kounkel MacGibbon was elected to the partnership in 2003. She is a High Tech Industry practice consulting partner who focuses in providing customer and channel strategy services to her clients. She helps her clients answer questions related to what markets they should be penetrating, where opportunities lie in terms of greater customer segment penetration and loyalty, where they could be achieving greater sales effectiveness and efficiencies, and increasing their level of capabilities around customer/sales operations. She also advises her clients on customer, sales and marketing integration in an M&A environment. Her clients have included many of the hardware and software players.
In addition to helping clients transform themselves, Suzanne has also been instrumental in internal change efforts at Deloitte. Suzanne participated in the development of our 1999 Deloitte business strategy, our 2000 eBusiness transformation program, and our 2005 Women’s Initiative strategy update. She is the US Consulting Women’s Initiative leader. In that role she drives our efforts to attract, retain and advance women at Deloitte and to build a culture that respects and harnesses the power of gender diversity. She is a frequent speaker on engaging talent and leadership constructs to support gender diversity, including strategies to support career life fit. She participated in Deloitte’s pioneer Mass Career Customization™ efforts, and she was a significant contributor to The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work by Cathleen Benko and Molly Anderson. She also serves on the US Consulting Board.
