Tasia L. McCullough-Johnson is Manager, Work/Life, Diversity Surveys, & Corp. Liaison to Employee Networks, for the Eastman Kodak Company, where she advises senior management and supervisors/managers on the Company’s diversity strategy, Work/Life initiatives, and serves as liaison to the employee networks at Kodak. McCullough-Johnson is a Certified Mediator with over 15 years of experience working within general business, HR, diversity, supervision and management roles to identify and address workforce and workplace issues and assist in the development of strategies for effective change.

Tasia is responsible for Kodak’s work/life strategy, including management responsibility for the company’s child and elder care strategies, resource and referral solutions, flexible work arrangement policy, and diversity, inclusion, and work-life awareness and education for employees at all levels.  A native of Rochester, New York, McCullough-Johnson has been featured in DiversityInc and Business Week publications and has served on numerous strategy boards, including the Alliance for Work/Life Progress, Boston College Center for Work and Family, Sloan Work and Family Research Network, and World at Work among others.
