Therese Valadez leads the global workplace transformation programs for American Express. Workplace transformation addresses the global trends that shape the changing workplace including multigenerational workforce, flexible work, work/life initiatives and collaborative work environments.
Therese brings a broad range of work experience in talent management, human resource consultation, organizational development, and change management. Most recently, Therese has developed and deployed a Retiree Corporate Social Network for the Technologies division of American Express. Therese is active in the community as a mentor for Women Unlimited and board member of the Arizona Executive Forum.
Therese holds a Bachelors of Human Resource Management from Westminster College and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
