Tig Gilliam heads the North American business for the world's leading workforce solutions and recruitment company, Adecco SA. He is also a member of the Adecco Executive Committee, which comprises the top six leaders of the global organization.

Prior to joining Adecco in March of 2007, Gilliam was a partner and the global and Americas leader of supply
chain management for IBM Global Business Services. While at IBM, he served in various management positions, including Americas leader for consumer goods, wholesale distribution and the software industry. Also, he was personally selected by the chairman of IBM to serve on the Integration and Values Team – a group of senior executives chosen to lead the integration of the company’s businesses according to the organization’s core values. In 2002, Gilliam joined IBM through its acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where he started his career in 1987. He became a partner at Price Waterhouse in 1996 and held various leadership roles in operations improvement, technology enablement, organizational change and performance management. At the time of the acquisition by IBM, he was global and Americas leader for its consumer products and retail industry practices.
Gilliam brings strong expertise in managing a diversified services portfolio and a track record of sustainable growth in revenue and profitability. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He is also an executive member of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP).
