CEO Roundtable: Corporate Culture Change Through Diversity & Inclusion (Abstract)
On April 28, 2009, 18 chief executive officers joined together in an unprecedented and powerful meeting of the minds at the inaugural Diversity Best Practices CEO Roundtable. Hosted by A.G. Lafley, Procter & Gamble’s current Chairman of the Board and former President and CEO, the day-long roundtable provided a special opportunity for a select group of corporate visionaries to engage with their peers in a truly candid and reciprocal environment. This report highlights the findings of this event—including the successes and challenges of these leaders and their companies as they relate to diversity and inclusion.
